Return & Refund Policy
At Chosen Harvest, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items except in the following circumstances:
- Wrong item or size sent — If we made an error with your order and sent the wrong item or size, we will make it right at no cost to you.
- Defective or damaged items — If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will replace or refund the item. All caps are shipped with protective plastic forms to ensure they are not damaged. Please remove them from plastic to allow the cap to form to it’s natural shape.
How to Report an Issue
If your order qualifies under one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we will need:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue (wrong size label, defect, or damage)
- A brief description of the problem
Once we review your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
