How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. After processing orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a $7.50 flat rate on all orders. Orders totaling $89.95 or more qualify for FREE shipping!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We only accept returns or offer refunds in cases where the wrong size was sent or the item has a manufacturing defect or damage. Caps do not qualify as they are shipped in protective plastic and return to their natural shape after removed from plastic form. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or a defective product?

We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
